Where do you deliver ?

Delivery is currently offered exclusively to professionals and individuals for events on the island of Montreal and surrounding areas. Please note that we do not deliver to the public.

I wish to shift the day of withdrawal of my order ?

Simply notify us from the contact page of the website, with your order number, your name and the desired time, so that we can assure you the maximum freshness of the product.

How can I contact customer service?

Write us from our contact page and we will reply within 48 hours.

How to withdraw an order Click&Collect ?

Your order will be ready within 24 hours after the confirmation email. Once in the store, simply present us your confirmation email or your name so that we can give you your order.

How much time do I have to modify or cancel my order?

You have up to 24 hours before your order to cancel it, however you can always contact us directly by phone at our store.

How can I change or cancel my order?

You will be able to do all this from your user account, using your order number or by phone.
