Minis Eclairs

The Pâtisserie L'Éclaircie also offers you the possibility of tasting its éclairs in "mini" format. For an event, a birthday party, a cocktail party or a Netflix evening, its mini eclairs are sure to delight you.

 

A range of 8 éclairs are available for pre-order, priced at $3 each :

- Soleil : Vanilla Cream and Caramelized Pecans

- Intouchable: Lemon yuzu cream and Italian meringue

-Élégant : Pistachio cream and raspberry heart

- Méli-Mélo : Milk chocolate and caramel cream

- Tendre : Salted butter caramel cream

- Cassis : Blackcurrent and elderflower cream

- Paris-Montréal : Praline cream with hazelnut

- Exquis : Apricot and rosemary cream with biscuit inside
